Meet Our Team
Kim – Treatment Coordinator
I help guide patients through treatment from day one! I love meeting our patients and getting them as excited about orthodontic treatment as I am!. It’s rewarding to see the transformation in a patient’s smile and know that it will stay with them a lifetime. I have been working with Dr. Lupi since August of 1996 and consider it an honor and a pleasure.
My husband, Eric, and I have three children, Jesse, Alley, and Madie and a Boston Terrier named DJ. We also have two grandchildren, Serenity and Sully. In my spare time, I enjoy Zumba, scrapbooking, decorating for special events, and reading.
Suzie – Front Office Coordinator
I began working with Dr. Lupi in 1999. As the Front Office Coordinator, I schedule patient appointments and a wide variety of other tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly. I enjoy seeing patients’ results and their new confidence when they smile at the end of treatment. Dr. Lupi is great; his kindness and dedication to patients makes him a great Orthodontist.
I live with my husband, Tom, and have a lovely grown daughter, Laura. We love camping, gardening, traveling and home projects; we've even been in a hot air balloon! We also enjoy spending time with our family and three dogs April, Lily and Lola.
Diane – Patient Relations Coordinator
I joined Dr. Lupi's team in 2007 as the Patient Relations Coordinator. I’m available to assist our patients with scheduling appointments, treatment and/or billing inquiries. I enjoy working with both the great kids and adults who entrust us with their orthodontic care. Dr. Lupi's concern, dedication and individual attention for each patient truly sets him apart!
I have two children, Megan and Keith, my fiance, Steve and our extended pet family of both the furry and feathered. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, movies, music, gardening and bass fishing.
Charlotte – Clinical Coordinator
As the clinical coordinator, I work chairside with the patient as well as ensure that the treatment area operates smoothly and on time. Our patients are the best thing about our practice. We get to watch their self-esteem grow and see them smile more. Dr. Lupi has a great sense of humor. There’s always laughter throughout the office.
My husband, Alan, and I have a son, Joey, as well as a dog named Lucky. My leisure time is spent painting or goofing off with my son.
Brenda – Orthodontic Technician
As an orthodontic technician, I work chair side with the patients in all aspects as well as assist Dr. Lupi. My job is never boring because there is so much variety. I love being a part of giving someone a beautiful smile and seeing how it boosts their confidence and self esteem. I have worked for Dr. Lupi since 2003 and have found him to treat every patient with the utmost care, courtesy, and professionalism. Everyone in my family has been a patient of his.
My husband, Doug, and I have three beautiful daughters, Michelle, Anne and Catherine, as well as a son-in-law, Adam, and a soon to be son-in-law, Jamie, and Holly our sweet little Westie. I enjoy spending time with my family, doing home improvement projects, making wedding cakes, camping, scuba diving and traveling. I’ve even been to Africa!
Geri-Lynn – Orthodontic Technician
As an orthodontic technician, it is my job to help with all aspects of orthodontics. Dr. Lupi and our whole staff give individual care and attention to every one of our patients. We have so much variety – No two patients are the same and it never gets boring. I truly enjoy meeting a lot of different people and helping them improve their smiles.
My husband, Craig, and I have a full house with our daughters, Brittany and Courtney; three dogs named Sam, Lightning, and Shadow; and Rizzo, our cat. In my spare time I like running and bowling, and recently discovered I like Zumba.
Carla – Orthodontic Technician
I work chairside with Dr. Lupi, assisting in procedures and educating patients on proper dental hygiene. Dr. Lupi is so patient and understanding. Our whole office feels like a family. I love seeing the progress of the patient throughout treatment.
I enjoy spending time with my two sons, Ashton and Parker. I coordinate weddings and love trying new things. So far, I’ve been to London and have bungee jumped.
Dave – Lab Technician
I work in the lab, creating appliances and retainers. The best cases are ones that require designs unique to that patient. Orthodontics is about constantly changing ideas and technology. There is always more than one way to do something with an accurate result. I am even a former patient of Dr. Lupi!
My family includes my one year old son, David, my old dog Hannah, my mother and father, and my sister/best friend, Heather. In my free time, I love watching sports, playing in the dirt with David, listening to music, and napping on the couch with the little guy. I am also getting very good at re-learning shapes, colors, and my ABCs.
