"My story begins over 9 years ago when I contacted Dr. Lupi's office for an office consultation regarding orthodontic treatment. I rarely smiled nor did I want to show my teeth because I was ashamed and embarrassed by how they looked. I had gone to another orthodontist for a consultation but was told he was not willing to help me due to my extensive problems/issues. I was devastated and seriously considered dentures but finally decided to give it one more try. Dr.Lupi told me that my case would require extensive work which included orthognathic surgery to correct my bite as well as braces. With time and patience my braces were finally removed . I have always dreamed of having a HOLLYWOOD SMILE" and now I am almost there due to Dr. James Lupi and his wonderful and caring staff. Words cannot describe everything they have done for me. "Dr. Lupi treated my three children and my husband with braces. He and his staff know us by name which makes us feel very welcome in the office. Dr. Lupi always has a smile for his clients while maintaining a high level of efficiency. He is in constant motion, moving from one patient to the next :). We were usually seen on time. The staff is very competent and knowledgeable, which meant our time was never wasted. On the few occasions when we had an orthodontic "emergency", we were seen with short notice. My husband was 40 when he started his treatment and was very hesitant, but he obtained wonderful results and has no regrets. "We've been going to Dr. Lupi for about 6 years now. Three kids' worth! The whole staff, not just the Dr., exemplifies what customer service is all about. They really should be teaching classes to other businesses on it. They are organized, punctual, friendly, polite, I could go on and on. When we started looking for orthos years ago, of course we went and saw a few. None of them even compared to what I saw at Dr. Lupi's office. And, the kicker is, we went with him even though he doesn't take our insurance, because with the insurance all the other places were more expensive. Dr. Lupi has THE best reputation throughout Stafford, Fredericksburg, AND Spotsylvania. When I hear people going to another ortho, I literally say, "Really? Why?"
