I help guide patients through treatment from day one! I love meeting our patients and getting them as excited about orthodontic treatment as I am!. It’s rewarding to see the transformation in a patient’s smile and know that it will stay with them a lifetime. I have been working with Dr. Lupi since August of 1996 and consider it an honor and a pleasure.
My husband, Eric, and I have three children, Alexandra (and new husband/son-in-law, Shaun), Madison, and Jesse, and three amazing grandchildren, Serenity, Sully and Mikey. In my spare time, I enjoy decorating for special events, and thrift store hunting.
Office Coordinator RETIRED AUGUST 2018
I began working with Dr. Lupi in 1999. As the Office Coordinator, I do a wide variety of other tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly. I enjoy seeing patients’ results and their new confidence when they smile at the end of treatment. Dr. Lupi is great; his kindness and dedication to patients makes him a great Orthodontist.
My husband, Tom and I, have a lovely grown daughter, Laura. We love camping, gardening, local history, traveling and home projects. We also enjoy spending time with our family, friends, and our Golden Retriever, Lola.
Patient Relations Coordinator
I joined Dr. Lupi's team in 2007 as the Patient Relations Coordinator. I’m available to assist our patients with scheduling appointments, treatment and/or billing inquiries. I enjoy working with both the great kids and adults who entrust us with their orthodontic care. Dr. Lupi's concern, dedication and individual attention for each patient truly sets him apart!
I have two children, Megan and Keith, and a new Grandson, Weylyn, my fiance Steve, and our extended pet family (our rescues). In my free time, I LOVE being a new Grandma (he calls me GiGi), and also enjoy reading, cooking, movies, music, gardening, boating and bass fishing.
I joined Dr. Lupi's team in 2011 as an Orthodontic Technician. I worked chairside with our patients and assisted Dr. Lupi in progressing our patients through their treatment. I have since transitioned into the role of Financial Coordinator, and can't wait to work with you in this position. I am here to answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance, billing, statements, etc.
I have two wonderful young men who are my life, my sons, Ashton and Parker, and our Boston Terrier, Fergie. In my spare time I enjoy running, shopping and hanging out with my boys. Dr. Lupi has treated my family, and we now have beautiful Lupi smiles!
I joined Dr. Lupi's team in 2018 as a Receptionist. I enjoy seeing the bright smiles that walk in the office daily, and being able to get to know every patient be a child or adult. Seeing the progression of treatment fascinates me and having been someone that had braces as well, I find it easier to relate to patients and more capable of answering questions with any concerns they may have.
I come from a military family having grown up a little bit of everywhere in the U.S., and am now lucky to be able to call Virginia home as my husband, Chrisopher, is an Officer in the Virginia Army National Guard, whom I've known since 2001. We enjoy every moment we have with our twins, Ariyana and Eamon. We also have two Australian Shepherds, Taluna and Cobalt that are constantly a joy in our life. I enjoy anything to do with the outdoors, be it gardening, yardwork, home projects, hiking, running or even doing a murph on the weekend with my husband while the kiddos play at the playground.
As the clinical coordinator, I work chairside with the patient as well as ensure that the treatment area operates smoothly and on time. Our patients are the best thing about our practice. We get to watch their self-esteem grow and see them smile more. Dr. Lupi has a great sense of humor. There’s always laughter throughout the office.
My husband, Alan, and I have a son, Joey, as well as our newest 4-legged addition to the family, our puppy 'Yahtzee'! My leisure time is spent painting or goofing off with my son.
Orthodontic Technician (Part-Time)
As an orthodontic technician, I work chair side with the patients in all aspects as well as assist Dr. Lupi. My job is never boring because there is so much variety. I love being a part of giving someone a beautiful smile and seeing how it boosts their confidence and self esteem. I have worked for Dr. Lupi since 2003 and have found him to treat every patient with the utmost care, courtesy, and professionalism. Everyone in my family has been a patient of his.
My husband, Doug, and I have three beautiful daughters, Michelle, Anne and Catherine, as well as two son-in-laws, Adam and Jamie, and a precious little grandson. I enjoy spending time with my family, doing home improvement projects, making wedding cakes, camping, scuba diving and traveling.
Relatively new, I joined “Team Lupi” in August 2017 as an Orthodontic Technician. I am able to work side by side with Dr. Lupi to create the smile of your dreams. I’m excited to be held to such a high standard of care. Every detail matters and I strive to go above and beyond to ensure you are truly happy with your results.
I was lucky enough to be able to buy my first home in 2017, making me a man that always has something to do!! I enjoy spending time with my family, riding four-wheelers, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers!!
I look forward to meeting you and your family!
I have been in the Orthodontic/Dental field for 10 years. I am thrilled to have joined Lupi Orthodontics in December 2017, and have enjoyed meeting and serving our wonderful families. The best part of my job is watching our younger patients become more confident with every visit. This is such an important time in their lives!
Away from the office, I love spending time outdoors with my husband of 19 years, raising three amazing kids, and a fur-mom to two precious pups.
I have been a part of the Lupi Orthodontics team for close to 20 years, and am even a former patient of Dr. Lupi. I work in the lab creating appliances and retainers. The best cases are those that require designs unique to that patient. Orthodontics is about constantly changing ideas and technology. I am always reading and learning, to stay up to date on the best ways to treat our patients.
My family includes my beautiful wife & best friend, Lorraine, my amazing son, David, a goofy dog and a crazy cat. We do ALOT of laughing in our house! In my free time, I enjoy cooking (Lorraine and I make some great meals together) and watching movies. My favorite day of the week is Friday because I get to help out in David's classroom. I've been doing it for four years now, and I love joking around with a bunch of 3rd graders and seeing all of them grow. I'm also coach of the Hartwood Elementary chess club! Life is good!!!
