Treatment Coordinator
I started my smile making journey as an Orthodontic Technician with Dr. Lupi in July 1997, later becoming the Clinical Coordinator for a couple of years. I truly found my passion as the Treatment Coordinator in 2007. I will guide you through the New Patient process and ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed as well as getting you as excited as I am to see your smile transformation with Dr. Lupi! I am here to listen to your concerns and present Dr. Lupi’s recommendations to achieve your goals.
I have lived in Stafford for 27 years with my husband, Eric. I am the proud mother of a USCG member, Jesse and my daughter-in-law, Kaitlin, Alexandrea and her husband Shuan, and my baby girl Madison. I have 4 beautiful grandchildren, Serenity, Sully and Brynlee and our newest addition, Brody. I am also a fur-grandma to a French Bulldog named Bojangle and German Shepherd named Oakley! If you know me, you know how I feel about decorating, especially around the holidays in the office! I am looking forward to making you smile!

Digital Lab Technician
My Family moved here in December of 1989. I began working for Dr. Lupi in January of 1999. I came from a 15-year background of general dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, and endodontics. I started in Lupi Orthodontics as an orthodontic technician and slowly became the clinical coordinator where I ran the daily schedule and trained all the technicians that joined our team. After endless hours of training by Dr. Lupi in office and other professionals out of office, I now help Dr. Lupi with the digital aspects of Invisalign and the bracket system that we use called KLOWEN. So before you even start treatment Dr. Lupi and I have already looked at your case and have prepared for your new beautiful Lupi smile!
I enjoy spending time with my family, Alan my husband and our son Joey. Our family has been blessed with a beautiful daughter in law named Danielle and two grandchildren (which have stolen my heart) Blake and Lucas. I also enjoy all kinds of crafts and painting.

Lab Tech
I am the Lab Tech at Dr. Lupi’s office. I spend my days creating retainers, expanders, and other orthodontic appliances our patients may need when they come in to see us for treatment. After 20 years as part of the team, I can bend a wire around ANYTHING!!
My family includes my beautiful wife and best friend, Lorraine. My awesome son, David, and twin toddler boys, John and James, and our crazy cat named Pepper. We do A LOT of laughing in our house! I spend most of my free time with my family at home. Having 2 toddlers keeps us busy and on our toes. Life is so good!!

Patient Relations Coordinator
I joined Dr. Lupi’s team in 2007 as the Patient Relations Coordinator. I’m always available to assist our patients with scheduling appointments, treatment questions and/or billing inquiries. Behind the scenes, I work on our social media, marketing and the day to day needs of the office. I enjoy working with both the great kids and adults who entrust us with their orthodontic care. Dr. Lupi’s concern, dedication and individual attention for each patient truly sets him apart!
I have two children, Megan and Keith, and three AWESOME grandboys, my fiancé Steve, and our extended canine family (all rescues). In my free time, I LOVE being a 'GiGi', and also enjoy reading, cooking, movies, gardening, boating and fishing.

Orthodontic Technician
Relatively new, I joined “Team Lupi” in August 2017 as an Orthodontic Technician. I am able to work side by side with Dr. Lupi to create the smile of your dreams. I’m excited to be held to such a high standard of care. Every detail matters and I strive to go above and beyond to ensure you are truly happy with your results.
I was lucky enough to be able to buy my first home in 2017, making me a man that always has something to do!! I enjoy spending time with my family, riding four-wheelers, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers!!

I have been in the Orthodontic/Dental field for 10 years. I am thrilled to have joined Lupi Orthodontics in December 2017, and have enjoyed meeting and serving our wonderful families. The best part of my job is watching our younger patients become more confident with every visit. This is such an important time in their lives!
Away from the office, I love spending time outdoors with my husband of 19 years, raising three amazing kids, and a fur-mom to two precious pups.

Hi, I'm Samantha but you can call me Sam. I started working for Lupi Orthodontics as a Clinical Assistant in July 2020. I love getting to know all of our patients during their treatment with us. In my free time I love showing my creativity through cosmetology. I enjoy hanging out with my family and driving my mustang around town. If you ever want to take a selfie with me just say so!... #LupiSmiles

Marketing Coordinator
Heather helps us present our practice to the world, including decorating the office and coming up with fun ideas for patient participation. She can be found pitching in around the practice as well as about town interacting with our community of patients and dentists.
Outside of her responsibilities at Lupi Orthodontics, Heather spends time with the Parks Department as well as with her family and beloved pets.

Financial Coordinator
Hi, I'm London. I joined Dr. Lupi's office in October 2022 as the Financial Coordinator.
I am the mother of a spunky pre-schooler, who keeps me on my toes. I enjoy traveling with my husband and science fiction is my passion!! Attending Sci-Fi conventions is the coolest. If you didn't know, my other transport is a TARDIS.
