Once you've submitted your consultation request, our friendly team will reach out to you promptly. If you've sent us photos for a virtual consultation, our Treatment Coordinator will get back to you with an initial treatment plan. From there you can ask us any questions and get scheduled for a first visit.
If you've requested an in-person consultation, our front desk team will reach out to get you scheduled at your earliest convenience. Stay tuned for a call or text!
Your smile is unique, and we want to learn more about you! We'll ask you to share some information about your dental and medical history. This helps us prepare for your consultation and better understand your individual needs.
At your consultation appointment, you'll meet with our experienced orthodontist, who will perform a thorough examination of your oral health. This includes assessing the alignment of your teeth, bite, jaw structure, and more. We may take 3D images, X-rays & photographs to aid in our diagnosis.
After the examination, our orthodontist, Dr. Lupi will sit down with you to discuss their findings. They'll explain any orthodontic issues they've identified and present personalized treatment options. These options could involve braces, clear aligners, retainers, or other orthodontic solutions tailored to your needs.
We believe in transparency when it comes to costs. You'll receive a detailed estimate of the treatment expenses, including any insurance coverage or flexible payment plans available. We want you to have a clear picture of the financial aspect of your orthodontic care and our finance team is ready to help answer any questions!
If you decide to proceed with treatment (and we hope you do!), our team will assist you in scheduling appointments for the various stages of your orthodontic journey. This includes setting up regular adjustment visits and check-ups to monitor your progress.
Throughout the treatment process, we'll provide you with valuable information on maintaining excellent oral hygiene during your orthodontic treatment. We want to ensure that you have the knowledge and tools to care for your smile.
